We are excited to announce a major upgrade to the publication and archival workflow across the Epistatearch and MyHealthNote ecosystems.
Starting today, all preprints and clinical research manuscripts pushed to our platform automatically integrate with Zenodo’s global scholarly repository. Through this automation, every accepted preprint is assigned a permanent Digital Object Identifier (DOI) at the moment of editorial processing.
What This Means for Authors & Researchers:
- Permanent Citation & Traceability: Every published abstract is assigned a unique, resolvable DOI (via Crossref/DataCite networks), ensuring your clinical findings, case reports, and cohort studies remain permanently discoverable and citable worldwide.
- Metadata-Rich & Open Access: Dynamic manuscript details—including study design, institutional affiliations, and structured abstracts—are indexed alongside Creative Commons licensing (CC-BY 4.0) to safeguard author rights while promoting global open-access dissemination.
- Enhanced Editorial Quality Control: Pushed manuscripts are staged seamlessly in WordPress as draft records. This allows our editorial team to perform final layout checks and peer-review verifications prior to live release.
This technical milestone reflects our commitment to empowering medical researchers, clinicians, and academic contributors with robust data sovereignty, rapid publishing timelines, and standard-compliant scientific indexing.
